Specjalne uszczelnienie budowlane wykorzystywane do wykonania dodatkowego uszczelnienia małych i dużych powierzchni po stronie wewnętrznej przeciwko napierającej od zewnątrz wodzie.
Opis produktu:
System pewnego specjalnego uszczelnienia dla części budowli. Wnikająca woda jest hydraulicznie wiązana; ochrona przed wnikającą wodą, o ile pozwala na to konstrukcja budynku. Gotowe uszczelnione powierzchnie ścian można następnie otynkować przy użyciu Hey'di Sanierputz lub Sanierputz Weiss. Dla ochrony powierzchni podłóg należy nałożyć odpowiedni jastrych. Przed nałożeniem tynku renowacyjnego należy wykonać most szczepny przy użyciu Hey'di Spritzbewurf.
Przygotowanie:
Dla wykonania uszczelnienia należy nałożyć garść suchego Puder- Ex w miejscu przecieku, bryłę podobną do kuli śnieżnej. Przycisnąć, aż woda przestanie przeciekać. Przy bardzo silnym działaniu napierającej wody oraz dużym strumieniu należy wymieszać Puder-Ex z wodą do postaci gęstej pasty i szybko zaczopować miejsce przenikania wody.
Sposób użycia:
- Spezialschlamme: Wymieszać specjalną zaprawę mineralną do plastycznej konsystencji. Proporcje mieszanki: 2,5 porcji wagowych Spezialschlamme do 1 porcji wagowej wody. Spezialschlamme nakładać na silnie chłonne i nośne podłoże za pomocą szczotki.
- Puder-Ex: Na świeży Spezialschlamme nakładać ręcznie Puder-Ex i silnie wetrzeć w podłoże.
- Isolier-Flussig: Po wyschnięciu Spezialschlamme i Puder-Ex nałożyć Isolier- Flussig przy użyciu pędzla.
- Spezialschlamme: Techniką mokro na mokro nakładać kolejną warstwę Spezialschlamme przy użyciu szczotki.
- Spezialschlamme: Odczekać 15 min., aby poprzednia warstwa związała się. Następnie można nanosić kolejne warstwy Spezialschlamme.
Ostateczna grubość związanej masy systemu Hey'di Aquastopp po wykonaniu ostatniej obróbki nie powinna być większa niż 3 mm.
